Bandon Grocery Outlet Site Development

Bandon is getting a new Grocery Outlet, and we are the crew turning the dirt. This is a full commercial sitework package. We started with demolition and mass earthwork to bring the site down to subgrade, then moved into the underground: storm drain, sanitary sewer, and the water system, plus joint trench and utility vaults for power and communications. Site concrete and grading for the asphalt follow as the building goes vertical. Commercial sitework on the Oregon coast means planning around the water table and the rain. Everything underground has to be laid, tested and inspected in the right order, and the grade has to hold while it happens. We have had a drone over this site about once a month since April. The updates below are that record, oldest at the bottom - a bare lot turning into a finished commercial pad.
